Turn Your 114-117” Engine into a 131” Monster With This Bolt-On Kit!

There’s No Replacement For Displacement!  Zipper’s has developed these 4.310” bore cylinder kits for 4-1/2” stroke (114 & 117”) first and second generation factory M8 engines that drop right into the factory cases – no boring required – to increase displacement to 131 cubic inches!  We offer these cylinder kits with 3 different forged piston dome designs to allow the builder to choose the best match for the intended application.  Not sure what you need?  Contact Zipper’s Product Support and we’ll be happy to help you select based on cylinder head, camshaft, usage and expected power range desired.  Add a Red Shift Cam for even more power gains!

These Zipper’s Big Bore M8 cylinder kits are precisely fitted on our state-of-the-art Sunnen CNC hone, so you can be assured the bores are straight and true.  Rings are pre-sized as well for convenience and ease of installation.
