This 2-into-1 exhaust system is designed for large displacement, high output engines. Similar to the Fat Cat system, but has increased capacity for larger engines. The Boarzilla is an excellent choice for engines with performance modifications and plus 25% or larger displacement. The muffler includes a 2-1/2” core perforated baffle. Includes full-length header heat shields to ensure great looks over the long haul. For the traditionalist, a non-functional “Ghost” pipe is available for the left side of touring models to keep the dual exhaust look.
This insert raises low end torque while not sacrificing sound level. It does drop the high end horsepower level slightly on big inch motors (on smaller engines it doesn't affect hp) and changes the tone of the muffler a bit making it sound more like a deeper version of a Rinehart or RC muffler.

D&D’s newest Bob Cat pipe design increases power with improved tone while enhancing the Harley® boom. D&D's wrapped Big Bore baffle produces the signature sound of the pipe (plenty of bark!) and increases performance. Upswept 2:1 Bob Cat pipe includes chrome or black headpipes and is offered with an Aluminum, Black or Carbon sleeved muffler. The Bob Cat system increases ground clearance on lowered bikes but may not clear saddlebags. Fits models with "ribbed" oil tanks such as Rocker® and 2009 CVO Springer® models. These pipes are equipped with both 12 and 18mm oxygen sensor bungs.

All Fat Cats for ’84-‘18 Softail® models include dual (12 and 18mm) oxygen sensor bungs.
Low Cat for Softails® has upswept muffler; improves ground clearance on lowered bikes. Will not work with factory Heritage Softail® Classic saddlebags, may be an issue with aftermarket bags.

Low Cats for Softail® models have stepped header pipes and an upturned muffler body that increases ground clearance on lowered motorcycles. Not recommended for bikes with full-size saddlebags such as Heritage® Softail® Custom models. Standard EV-Twin Cam® Low Cats will fit Rocker® and 2009 CVO Softail® Springer® models with "ribbed" oil tanks. Twin Cam® Breakout® models require a special pipe to clear vent lines.
