The NEW Zipper’s Sport Touring Sleeper is designed to produce a wider power curve than a conventional Sleeper kit to transform a stock output engine into a Sportsman style engine power.
This kit has big low-end Torque with an extremely wide power curve designed for a more experienced touring rider. Power is targeted to land between the output of a Standard Sleeper and Muscle Kit, at a reduced cost.
The throttle control and responsive of the power at any RPM/ throttle position is one of the best we have developed to date. Because you don’t need additional components needed in a Muscle Kit there is a cost savings benefit without compromise of the end result.

Big Bore Alloy Cylinders Each cylinder is accurately sized for strictest quality control for maximum ring seal, engine power on the Sunnen SV-30
Zipper’s STAGE 2 Heads Large improvement over OE heads with added air flow by un-shrouding the ports across with advance valve seats machining and short turn porting.
Red Shift RS548 Cam controls the valve train with a dual piston cam chain tensioner to provide strong power with Early Torque, Powerful Mid-Range and a Strong Power Pull all the way to 6000 RPM.
All Components are machined requiring proper cleaning, oiling and crank inspection- before assembly.
