Zipper’s Gen2 STAGE 3 – ThunderSport CNC Headwork for 2024-UP Milwaukee-Eight® Center-Cooled Engines

The Zipper’s CNC ported heads for center-cooled engines were developed in conjunction with the Zipper’s Muscle Stage 3 kit. They feature beautifully shaped port designed to maximize velocity and flow to produce incredible torque and horsepower for your next engine build.

This package includes larger intake seats and +1mm stainless intake and exhaust valves, to complement the complex shapes of the ports and precision valve seat machining.  All work is professionally machined and blended to perfection, to provide superior flow and sealing over OE or SE heads.

The unique intake port shape of the center-cooled Gen 2 cylinder head is port-matched to the larger SE 68mm throttle body and manifold system.

Provide a compression ratio target + piston dome volume, and the heads will be decked, cleaned and assembled ready to mount on the new engine.

Required:  your center cooled castings safely packaged and shipped to Zipper’s.
