The RS511 is the most powerful bolt in cam for 1999-2004 Twin Cam® 88 or 95″ engines, specifically designed for heads with stock valve springs. Unique profile makes exceptional power and torque while maintaining excellent valve train dynamics for quiet operation.

These cams are designed for use with the factory dual-coil valve springs used in 1999-2004 engines; or with for 2005-2006 engines with factory beehive valve springs

Intake open 25, c/l 94, close 33 Duration 238 TDC .207″ Lift .510″
Exhaust open 37, c/l 98, close 21 Duration 238 TDC .185″ Lift .510″

  • Use stock or Adjustable pushrods
  • Available in chain & gear drive for Early model engines only
  • Consider hydraulic tensioners with Red Shift Cams® Dual Piston Cam Chain Tensioners (#413-901) for improved cam chest component reliability, maximum throttle response, and reduced valve train noise.
  • New cam bearings and performance tappets recommended with any cam change.

    RICK I installed on my STOCK 2001 88 CI ROADKING with 40000 MILES ON IT the red shift 511tc cams with cam bearings -S&S High volume oil pump- Zippers hydro chain driven cam door-Johnson lifters-S&S quick install push rods-HSR42 Mikuni carb -twin Tec ignition-Full Sac True Duel pipe -Vance & Hines slip on pipes . I Have put 5000 miles on it . the dyno sheet matched the STOCK 2016 103 TWIN CAM The original sweet spot was 65—70 its new spot is 75–80 but 65 to 90 is no problem . lost some fuel mileage but its a blast to ride

    Started out with an inspection of the cam chain tensioner pads for wear,,at 31k. Should have done this 10k prior. Well,,, that led to “while I’m already in this deep”. Looked long and hard and found mostly NOS parts. Feuling 8011 HF plate, Feuling 7060 HF oil pump, HLJ 2313SE lifters .125 preload, S&S cam chest bearing set, S&S Quickies . ThunderMax with “Wave Tune” auto tuner. All of this to support the FUN Parts, RedShift 511 cams. After installing all this I was seriously disappointed, at first. A local Zipper’s dealer said they had a fix for my troubles. After an initial email I was asked what mods. I had. Even though I had bought my parts elsewhere I was sent a MAP that actually worked. Over my working years, Customer Service was the mainstay of our Award Winning Business.
    I have to say, without any hesitation ZIPPERS goes above and beyond in this area. Their 511 cams that are a bolt in for my TC88 had me catching my breath the first trip out. I’m SOLD. Between the Tech Support/Customer Service and product quality ZIPPERS is the best in the business.
