These great-performing bagger headers are similar to the factory 2009 head pipes in that the left pipe crosses under the swing arm behind the transmission for a true-dual look, but a hidden inter-connect chamber improves low end torque and maximum top end horsepower while providing balanced flow and sound. Front pipe crosses over to the left side and is securely mounted to the transmission oil pan. System is made from 1¾” 16 gauge mandrel bent steel (cross-under pipe is formed obround from 1-7/8” tubing for increased ground clearance without cross-sectional area flow loss). Includes 220º full coverage heat shields, oxygen sensor ports and accepts any slip-on muffler designed for the factory head pipe.

APPLICATION NOTES
2009-2013 Touring Models – Includes both 12 and 18mm oxygen sensor bungs with caps and gaskets. Installation on 2010-2013 models eliminates the factory-installed catalytic converter from the exhaust system.

1995-2008 Touring Models –Rear pipe dramaticly reduces heat transfer to the rider/passenger due to its cross-under design; cross-under pipe is slightly lower than frame cross brace with the OEM kickstand measuring as the lowest point. ’95-’08 systems include two upper 18mm O2 sensor ports. Free-flowing design provides significant increases in horsepower and torque over OEM headpipe system on ‘95-‘08 models. Will also fit 1993-1994 models if 1995-up style mufflers are used.
