Sizes outside of these ranges may require modifications for proper clearance. *2008 note – installation of this kit on 2008 models will eliminate the factory cush-drive system, and requires a different axle spacer (HD # 41240-02), not included with the kit.

    Chain conversion Beware !!! Kits does not come with everything in the picture. Rear sprocket bolts not included. I called to ask about the the bolts. Zipper’s says an extra $50.00. So buyer beware. Had I known I would have purchased at same time I ordered kit. I just spent over $500 with Zipper’s.

    Chain conversion kit Good kit. But beware that picture shows rear sprocket bolts. Some kits don’t come with the bolts. I found out the hard way. Zipper’s should inform some kits don’t come with bolts. Add another $50 for bolts as I was told when I emailed them about no bolts.

    Chain drive conversation I've converted my 07 electra glide to chain drive using a kit from Zippers and I'm very satisfied . They have took all the guess work out , it's a perfect fit and finish. I would recommend this kit.

    Easy to install! The Chain Conversion Kit from Zipper's Performance is very good and easy to install, too! My bike rides the same, with lower rpms and higher MPH now. I still get rubber in first three gears, power is not affected at all either. I'll be doing more business with you guys!
