Zipper’s Performance Products, a manufacturer of high-performance engine components, Red Shift Cams and Zipper’s Engine Kits is seeking candidates for a Technical Sales-Customer Service person that is knowledgeable about the performance business and loves to share that experience with our clients.
The Zipper’s brand of engine performance parts was established over four decades ago grounded in competitive racing.
Educational/ Experience Requirements –
Experienced-Knowledge of Engines and Aftermarket Components.
Description of Work- Duties
• Handling calls and emails from industry businesses
• Maintain detailed communication relations via phone and email support
• Able to key in on customer needs
• Develop use of Internal resources, team members and your mechanical skills to improve customer experience
• Working directly with technical support and manufacturing departments
Requirements
• Must be organized, responsible, reliable, and detailed oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, email and in person
• Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Office and other programs
• More than basic Mechanical Aptitude will be required to succeed in this position

Work Days: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
