Zipper’s ‘External Breather’ High Flow & Max Flow Sportster® Air Cleaners

To make maximum power, you must Feed the Beast! Zipper’s Air Filter kits are designed to maximize available airflow and minimize intake turbulence at the entry point. We start with a fully machined, radius inlet billet backplate, and add special mounting and crankcase venting hardware that allows the installer to route breather venting internally or externally (purchase vent filter separately if external). We top it off with our 2-1/4” standard height or 2-3/4″ MaxFlow deep-breathing filter element. The element is washable and re-useable. Two styles are available: 2007-up EFI models, designed to be used with the stock 2007-up XL oval cover or ’91-’06 carbureted models that accepts any 8” round EV BT-style cover (not supplied).
