One of our most popular performance grinds that is standard equipment in several Zipper’s Muscle Kits. This cam is widely used by engine builders in many different engine applications.

The RS577 requires heavy duty dual wire valve springs in engines with raised compression, and good breathing heads. This cam provides broad useable power, with an excellent torque curve and excellent power in the mid to upper range power

RS 577 profile is a dual spring cam.  Not for use with factory beehive springs.

This cam grind is a bolt in application is for 120R or CVO heads with dual springs

  • Requires adjustable or cut to fit pushrods
  • Available in chain & gear drive for Early and Late model engines
  • Chain drive- Use Red Shift Cams® Dual Piston Cam Chain Tensioners (#413-901) for improved cam chest component reliability, maximum throttle response and reduced valve train noise.
  • Use 07- Up part number for 2006 FXD engines
  • We recommend new cam bearings and performance tappets with any cam change.
