    Stop cussing that early EFI system, just replace it! Zipper’s has taken the popular ThunderMax® EFI electronics and merged it with a single-throat Delphi®-style throttle body (with the help of some specially made parts) and developed this full conversion kit for bikes with H-D's earliest Magnetti-Marelli EFI systems. This kit allows you to retain the original wiring harness and gas tank, while upgrading to similar components used in the highly durable and reliable Deplhi®-based bikes of 2002-2005. In most cases at least a 1 week lead time is necessary to get the kit built and shipped.

The Red Shift 468 is designed to compliment the 4-valve heads' high intake flow while its unique design overcomes the restrictive exhaust port for big gains in both torque and horsepower. The 468 provides instant acceleration below 2,000 RPM while pulling strong to 6,000 – really shining in the 2,000-4,000 RPM cruising range. Cranking compression is unchanged for easy starting, and proprietary Red Shift Cams® ramp design delivers quiet operation and long valvetrain life. Works well with the factory Touring header pipe as well as aftermarket racing exhaust systems.

Or you can purchase the 468 cam (includes full-compliments Torrington/Koyo bearing), gaskets and Quikee pushrod kit separately.

Provides big increases in overall power without sacrificing low end torque. Slight increase in cranking compression over stock (from 165 to 175 pounds in an 88" engine).     Upgrade the suspension on your Indian Scout with the high quality IKON adjustable shock absorbers and premium fork springs. For the rear, IKON shocks are fitted with progressively wound springs that soak up small bumps smoothly and get increasingly stiffer as they travel, so you don't experience back-jarring bottoming on bigger road irregularities. To improve control, 4-position rebound damping is adjusted without tools by simply turning a dial located at the top of the shock, and three levels of spring preload is set using the included spanner wrench. In the front, IKON's progressively wound springs replace the spongy factory units for improved ride and control when ridden aggressively. Both are excellent upgrades, and are easy to install.
