D&D Boarzilla 2:1 Exhaust for 2009-2016 Touring Models

This 2-into-1 exhaust system is designed for large displacement, high output engines. Similar to the Fat Cat system, but has increased capacity for larger engines. The Boarzilla is an excellent choice for engines with performance modifications and plus 25% or larger displacement. The muffler includes a 2-1/2” core perforated baffle. Includes full-length header heat shields to ensure great looks over the long haul. For the traditionalist, a non-functional “Ghost” pipe is available for the left side of touring models to keep the dual exhaust look.

TUNER COMPATIBILITY NOTES
All 2009-2013 Touring model 2-into-1 Boarzillas are equipped with dual oxygen sensor bungs and can be used with tuners that require 12 or 18mm oxygen sensors.

STYLE OPTIONS
• Touring model Boarzillas for 2009-2015 models are available with two angled muffler tips – traditional ‘back-cut’ (longer at the top) or ‘slant-cut’ (shorter at the top which follows the saddlebag angle).
• For the traditionalist, a non-functional “Ghost” pipe is available for the left side of touring models to keep the dual exhaust look.

BAFFLE OPTIONS
Wrapped (Q) Big Bore Baffle – Baffle is wrapped with sound control material. Still has plenty of bark, but with less edge than the unwrapped baffle. This design allows earliest available torque with no loss of horsepower at the top end on modified to highly modified engines.
Big Bore Baffle – High flow perforated, big bore design. Loudest exhaust note and most flow. Designed for the rider with extensive performance modifications who wants maximum high rpm output.

This insert raises low end torque while not sacrificing sound level.  It does drop the high end horsepower level slightly on big inch motors (on smaller engines it doesn’t affect hp) and changes the tone of the muffler a bit making it sound more like a deeper version of a Rinehart or RC muffler.
