D&D Boarzilla 2:1 Exhaust for Softail® Models

This 2-into-1 exhaust system is designed for large displacement, high output engines. Similar to the Fat Cat system, but has increased capacity for larger engines. The Boarzilla is an excellent choice for engines with performance modifications and plus 25% or larger displacement. The muffler includes a 2-1/2” core perforated baffle. Includes full-length header heat shields to ensure great looks over the long haul.

TUNER COMPATIBILITY NOTES
All Twin Cam® Softail® model 2-into-1 Boarzillas are equipped with dual (12 & 18mm) oxygen sensor bungs.

APPLICATION NOTES
• These Boarzilla exhaust systems will not fit FLSTC Heritage® Softail® models with factory saddlebags installed due to the upswept muffler design. Fitment to any other Softail® models with large or low-slung saddlebags could be an issue; please study the photos showing muffler position before ordering if your bike has saddlebags.
• The Boarzillas on this page will not fit on Rocker® models or 2009 CVO Softail® Springer® models equipped with “ribbed” oil tanks.

BAFFLE OPTIONS
Wrapped (Q) Big Bore Baffle – Baffle is wrapped with sound control material. Still has plenty of bark, but with less edge than the unwrapped baffle. This design allows earliest available torque with no loss of horsepower at the top end on modified to highly modified engines.
Big Bore Baffle – High flow perforated, big bore design. Loudest exhaust note and most flow. Designed for the rider with extensive performance modifications who wants maximum high rpm output.
