Zipper's NEW cushion-drive chain conversion kit for 2009-up Touring models is for high output engines, with a modular design for strength and easy ratio changes. This kit is supplied with a steel front sprocket, a 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum rear sprocket or black steel rear sprocket, and O-ring chain (available in standard metallic, gold, or black) or Drag Race chain. Our cushion-drive chain conversion kit is equipped with a chrome-moly axle and severe-duty slider-style chain adjusters, eliminating the cam adjusters. This bolt-on kit includes a specially CNC-machined billet hub adapter that retains the factory cush drive and allows the use of bolt-on aluminum rear sprockets. The fully assembled adapter contains (3) ball bearings and spacers required for proper wheel alignment, along with extra-strong 180,000 PSI tensile (20% stronger than grade 8) polished stainless steel sprocket bolts. Front and rear sprockets are included, steel front in 22T, aluminum rear sprocket your choice of teeth in 46-57 tooth spread. Chain is not included in kit price; choose chain finish and style from the options list.
