This stand can be mounted to a bench or used in a vice and makes the task of cutting open your slippery oil filter easy. The u-bolt quickly tightens the filter in place with the wing nuts provided. Use with JIMS® #758-935 oil filter cutter, fits all common O.E.M. H-D® spin-on oil filters.
