#117-059 ThunderMax® Oversize Intake Flange/Seal Set

H-D® changed the intake port configuration, intake manifold mounting flange bolt pattern and throttle body in 2006, which has led to some confusion when adding some factory racing and/or aftermarket intake parts to a given year engine. It is important to use the correct flanges for the cylinder heads you’re using, and the correct seals for the manifold being used.

2006-up – Flange mounting holes are on center of the intake port (symmetrical) allowing one flange style for front or rear use. Standard seals are used in most of these applications.

Fits 2006-up Screamin’ Eagle® 50mm and 58mm throttle bodies, included with 2006-up ThunderMax throttle bodies. High strength billet construction eliminates problematic cracking at the mounting holes. Sold in sets.
