Current Opening: Machine Shop Production Support
Immediate position available to support machine shop production
Current Opening: Tech Support / Customer Service Zipper’s Performance Products, a premier manufacturer of performance engine components for the motorcycle industry has an immediate opening in customer service for technical support and sales of our products in our Elkridge facility. Applicant must be skilled in the following: communication, computer usage, and technical knowledge of H-D motorcycles. Full time benefits include comprehensive health and dental plan, life insurance, flex spending account, 401k savings plan, education assistance, paid holidays and vacation. Monday – Friday work week.

Current Opening: Sales Engineer This is an inside sales / customer support job. Qualified applicants must have 3-5 years in H-D hard parts sales with a strong understanding of the mechanical workings of the late model American V-Twin. You would serve clients from all over the world; customers interested in the best quality performance parts and engine kits available. Job duties include servicing wholesale accounts, processing orders, engineering engine kits and follow up customer service calls / e-mails. Must be computer literate. Compensation is salary and commission. Benefits include health plan, dental, flex spending, 401k and paid vacation for qualified applicants. Monday – Friday 9-6 work week, no regularly scheduled night or weekends; some travel and work at consumer and industry trade events will be required.
