Zipper’s Performance, a manufacture of aftermarket performance engine components for the Harley-Davidson motorcycle industry, has an opening for a technical and sales support specialist.

Description: Zipper’s is looking for an individual to provide technical product support for our products with emphasis on our ThunderMax components. This individual will work closely with our dealer network as well as our consumer end users to resolve any installation or operating issues. This position requires an individual to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with both customers and Zipper’s team. The candidate must have a working knowledge of fuel injection, tuning, trouble-shooting and diagnostics. We are looking for an advanced technician who uses their computer as their primary tool in diagnosing and resolving tuning issues. Harley-Davidson experience is a plus but not required.

Utilizing our data base, contact existing clients to up-date, qualify and establish needs. Provide qualified leads to our sales team, both inside and outside. Maintain accurate client records. When applicable provide clients with information regarding products and services. Follow up with emails and mailings when required or requested. Although this an entry level job we are looking for a unique individual who is pro-active and determined to succeed. This position can lead to a rewarding sales position within the corporation for the right individual.
