Zipper’s HAMMER 99" Sportster® Engine Kit (Carb Models)

Here it is, Sportster® Lovers, this is as big as you can go in a stock case and frame! Ninety-Nine inches of sport for your 1991-2003 Sportster®. We’ve put together this builder's engine kit to simplify the process of building your sportbike killer. We use a 4-5/16" stroke crankshaft and special length connecting rods with aluminum 3-13/16" bore cylinders and pistons to go as big as you can and still fit it into the stock frame; it’s tight but it fits.

- Zipper's CNC Ported Thunderstorm Heads with ZIpper's Step Lock Valve Guides & Teflon Seals
- Performance Spring Kit with Titanium Collars
- Coated Stainless Steel 1.840" Int/1.615" Exh Valves
- Red Shift Camshafts with PowerGlide II Lifters
- Pinion, Oil Pump Drive Gears and Shaft Hardware
- Special Length Pushrods, Pushrod Covers, Manifold & Headbolts
- Special Top and Front Engine Mounts
- Top Quality Gasket Kit
This kit is exclusively for the skilled engine builder. The crankshaft is delivered carefully assembled and ready to install, while the cylinders are given the Zippers Super-Seal finish. All of the special length hardware required for installation is included for fitment into the stock frame with only minimal modifications. Your cases will have to be bored to accept the big bore cylinders and clearanced for high lift cams (Zipper's can provide these machining services). Requires your cam cores for conversion to Red Shift cams. This one’s not for the weak-hearted!

Expert installation of this product is available at Zipper’s facility in Elkridge, Maryland. Transportation of your motorcycle to and from Zipper’s can be arranged if desired. Please call a sales representative for details.
