Zipper's 1.900" CNC TC® Heads
Unlock your Twin Cam® engine’s full potential with this powerful head! CNC porting ensures consistency from head to head that can't be matched with hand porting, so you are assured of one of the best heads you can buy. After CNC porting and combustion chamber machining on a 5-axis machining center, these heads have our Step-Lock guides installed and sized. The valve seats are machined to our proprietary seat angles on Serdi equipment to accept oversize 1.900" intake and 1.630" coated stainless steel exhaust valves for increased flow. After the valve job is complete, the head gasket surface is decked for flatness, Teflon® seals installed & valve springs are packed for .580” lift cam(optional higher lift available).

These heads are available exchange or outright. This head is the perfect choice for 95"-103" Twin Cam® engines!
We keep exchange heads in stock already modified for super quick turnaround. Parts must be in perfect cosmetic condition. Expect the same from us. A small cleaning charge applies to exchange heads. Previously modified heads are not eligible for exchange.
