    D&D’s newest Bob Cat pipe design increases power with improved tone while enhancing the Harley® boom. D&D's wrapped Big Bore baffle produces the signature sound of the pipe (plenty of bark!) and increases performance. Upswept 2:1 Bob Cat pipe includes chrome or black headpipes and is offered with an Aluminum, Black or Carbon sleeved muffler. The Bob Cat system increases ground clearance on lowered bikes but may not clear saddlebags. Fits models with "ribbed" oil tanks such as Rocker® and 2009 CVO Springer® models.     This powerful kit by Zipper's transforms your 3.937" bore 107" M8-powered machine to 4.125" bore 117" with a simple piston swap in your provided cylinders. We first remove the dowels from the cylinders and machine the head gasket decks to ensure flatness and proper finish for positive MLS head gasket seal. The cylinders are then treated to the best precision boring and honing process you can find, as our technicians precisely measure each piston to provide skilled, old-fashioned sizing processes to the cylinders. Mounted in special torque plates, a CNC-hone is used to create a straight and true finish, topped off with brush-finish technology that requires minimal run time for ring seating while providing best power. Choose the Red Shift cam (468 Early Torque or 472 Balanced Power) that will provide the power output that best matches your riding style and we'll package it up with a new full compliment cam bearing, top end-cam chest gasket set along with a set of Quickee pushrods and covers to simplify reassembly. The Red Shift 468 is designed to compliment the 4-valve heads' high intake flow while its unique design overcomes the restrictive exhaust port for big gains in both torque and horsepower. The 468 provides instant acceleration below 2,000 RPM while pulling strong to 6,000 – really shining in the 2,000-4,000 RPM cruising range. Cranking compression is unchanged for easy starting, and proprietary Red Shift Cams® ramp design delivers quiet operation and long valvetrain life. Works well with the factory Touring header pipe as well as aftermarket racing exhaust systems.

Or you can purchase the 468 cam (includes full-compliments Torrington/Koyo bearing), gaskets and Quikee pushrod kit separately.
